1. Service Description
The Service provides a platform for distributing and managing subscriptions to Kintone plugins (including kintone-doc-generator). We also offer IT consulting, AI, and Kintone-related services.
2. Account Registration
Some features of the Service require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis.
- Fees are charged to your credit card at the time of subscription and automatically renewed thereafter.
- Annual plans offer a discounted rate compared to monthly plans.
- Prices may change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via service announcements or the registered email address. Price changes will apply from the next renewal cycle.
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- After cancellation, you may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period.
- As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for amounts already paid. However, this may not apply in cases where our service failures cause significant damage.
- If a free trial period is available, canceling before the trial ends will incur no charges.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Gain unauthorized access to the Service or use third-party credentials
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Place excessive load on our servers or communication networks
- Redistribute or resell plugins or related content to third parties
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the plugins, software, and content provided through the Service are owned by us. A subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICE'S FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR CONTINUITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our liability related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. The courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where mandatory consumer protection laws of Japan or another jurisdiction apply to a consumer, such laws shall take precedence. Consumers in Japan retain all rights afforded to them under applicable Japanese consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via service announcements or email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
